We use Mazak SQT and Mazak Nexus Twin Spindle, multi-axis machines. This enables the machining of high precision, complex components in one operation so cuts machining time and cost.
Along with two Mikron 5-Axis machines, we also have Okuma, Enshu and Kiwa 4 axis CNC machines. These are complemented by a Mitutoyo CMM and a Pathtrace CAM system to ensure that all orders are quickly engineered and passed to the shop floor for machining.
We offer both wire erosion and spark erosion to best fit our customers' needs.

Along with supplying precision machined parts, we also use our tried and trusted subcontract network to offer you a full service on chemical treatments, painting, and heat treatments on your parts.
Along with supplying complete assemblies for our customers, JIT kit sets are delivered to individual schedules. The whole process is project managed from purchasing the material, machining the parts, treatments, assembly, purchase of bought in parts, then kitting on flat pack trays, barcoding and final delivery to the customer’s production line. This is all carried out in a clean room environment.
